These prices can not be beaten, not even by amateurs. We have over 25 years experience and we are 4th generation home painters, so you can be assured that the painting job is done right.
So how do we keep our prices so low?
First, we have years of experience and skills passed on from generation to generation; our great grand father was a painter. We are extremely fast, with good quality assured. And, at our prices, you would not think of doing it your self.

Third, you supply the paint. Get our great paint discounts with quality suppliers.
Yes we do patching of small holes, free.
So, what are we talking about when we say $65/room?
We count a room at 10’x10′ which equals 100 square feet.
If you have large rooms, think of it another way: it is only 65 cents per square foot.
With bulk heads we have to charge 85 cents per square foot only due to more cut ins.
We have to make a days wage, so our minimum job is three rooms (10 x10).
